PostSubject: Tipsy's Chaos Dragons   Fri May 09, 2014 9:45 am

I'm new here, so I suppose I should probably show y'all the deck I'm running.

Charge of the Light Brigade - 1
Mystical Space Typhoon - 2
Forbidden Lance - 1
Foolish Burial - 1

Total: 7

Traps

Mirror Force - 2
Castle of Dragon Souls - 2

Total: 4

Extra Deck

XYZ

Queen Dragun Djinn
Tiras, Keeper of Genesis
Gauntlet Launcher
Gaia Dragon, The Thunder Charger
Mechquipped Angineer
Adreus, Keeper of Armageddon
Ghostrick Alucard
Number 101: Silent Honor ARK
Photon Strike Bounzer

Trident Dragon

Side Deck

Maxx "C" - 3

The side deck isn't done, but to be honest, I don't need it. I only ever side in Debunk and System Down occasionally.

Anyway, Please leave feedback.

I know it's not the best build, but I've ran this build for nearly a year and it's pretty consistant for me.

Thanks for reading <3 ^^

Why're you only running 6? Should be at least 14 in there.

Personally, I do not like the card Soul Charge. People believe that this card is much better than Monster Reborn, but let me explain why it isn't very good. Yes, you can summon multiple monsters, ( Only from your own graveyard, unlike Monster Reborn.) It causes massive loss of life ( Which is very vital in this format, regardless of how many Upstart Goblins your opponent has played. ) Also, it skips your battle phase, which can give your opponent an opening to wipe your field and set up their game plan. This format is swarming with Lightsworns, and Exciton Knights, not to mention Dark Hole/Torrential Tribute. I feel like Soul Charge is a terrible card. I will never play it. That is my personal opinion.

Welcome to the "Neko thinks you should:" section of the forum.

Soul Charge isn't comparable to Reborn. It's Rekindling. It's an excellent card, and it's reshaped the meta, but it's by no means worth running in EVERY deck.

It has it's downsides, which is why I don't like it, but I'm not going to touch the broken thing. It for one doesn't have a place in my deck, as I PREFER stuff in the graveyard, two slows my deck down, which can be a serious problem.

Anywayz, What do you think of my deck?

I like the deck overall. On a personal note, I feel like you should cut a Dark Flare Dragon, and cut the Tragoedia ( I dislike Trag as a 1 of, if you should play it I think you should go 2. ) and cut the two Castle of Dragon Souls ( I've never really liked that card. ) and add another Lyla, two Breakthrough Skill ( Evilswarm Ophion ) is always a big thing, and a Magical Merchant. ( Always loved it in chaos decks. )

*Sigh*

Welcome, ladies and gentlemen, to the "Personalise other people's decks" section of the forum. Where you should tell them exactly what YOU think they should change, regardless of the fact you weren't asked!

No it's fine, I asked :3

Thanks for the feedback, Darkflare is EXTREMELY useful at setting up combos, that's why I run him at 3, whereas Trag is less useful and can be cloggy.
Castle has saved me many times, and with the ATK increase it's extremely useful.

Tipsy, yes Darkflare can be useful, I just dislike him personally. Whichever you'd prefer. It's all a preference thing ;3

Fair enough xD I find him extremely useful, and the fact he can be summoned back with Lightpulsar is very useful, besides Darkflare only DMD does that :l

Takes up another spot, which I'd rather keep for something that can be used for other reasons.

Because CotH can pitch cards directly from the deck, i.e. Eclipse Wyvern, and can ditch any problem card in the graveyard or trigger effects such as Wyvern's.

You were saying?
